Many job seekers now use multiple social media platforms to find contacts at their target companies to help educate them about a company, to get an inside look at particular positions or to perform due diligence and follow-up on negotiating job offers. Social networks also provide employers and recruiters with the ability to post jobs, and job seekers with the ability to search for jobs.
